Jacqueline’s journey to leading one of the nation’s top handcrafted wholesale marketplaces began in an unexpected place: as an auditor for Sheraton Hotels and later a paralegal. Eventually, her creative calling led her to life as a working artist—selling her handcrafted products both retail and wholesale for over a decade.

That real-world experience fueled her passion for helping other makers navigate the wholesale world. She went on to write a book on transitioning from retail to wholesale (now out of print) and served as a columnist for several respected trade publications, sharing insights with thousands of fellow creatives.

Today, Jacqueline is the owner of IndieMe, the only online marketplace dedicated 100% to handcrafted wholesale, and the founder of Shop American Handcrafted, a nonprofit supporting the growth of U.S.-based artisans and small businesses.
