IndieMe Academy – Terms of Use

Welcome to IndieMe Academy, a platform designed to support and educate artists and makers as they grow their wholesale businesses. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IndieMe Academy website, resources, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using IndieMe Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

IndieMe Academy is a division of IndieMe Marketplace, created to support artists and makers through education, mentoring, and business resources.

6. Mentoring and Community Standards

If you participate in a mentorship program, group forum, or live session, you agree to:

  • Treat all members and mentors with respect.

  • Refrain from sharing confidential or proprietary information without consent.

  • Not post or share inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for any user who violates these standards.

7. Fees and Payments

Some parts of IndieMe Academy may be free, while others may require payment. All fees are clearly stated and are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. By purchasing access, you agree to the posted pricing and payment terms.

8. Third-Party Links

IndieMe Academy may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before engaging.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” IndieMe Academy does not guarantee any specific outcomes or business results from participation. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IndieMe Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
