Welcome to the IndieMe Academy Mentorship Experience! We’re excited to support your journey to building a thriving handmade wholesale business. To ensure gets the best possible experience, we’ve put together these guidelines explaining how the mentorship works, what’s included, and what to expect.

What’s Included in Your Mentorship Access

  • Personalized Feedback: You can submit your quiz answers, assignments, or module questions monthly for detailed review and guidance from our mentorship team. 
  • 1-on-1 Review Session: Each member receives three private 1-on-1 mentorship sessions during their membership year. This session is tailored to review your product line, wholesale strategy, or shop setup.
  • Response Time: Mentorship feedback will be provided within seven business days of your submission to make sure you have thoughtful and helpful responses.
  • Support: Mentorship is designed to guide you through wholesale business development, product presentation, pricing, and marketing strategy.
  • Mentorship: Access to your mentor is for a 3-month consecutive timeframe.

What Mentorship Does NOT Include

To keep our mentorship program sustainable and fair for all members, please note that mentorship does not cover:

  • Unlimited email or direct messaging support.
  • Detailed, ongoing business coaching or consulting beyond assigned reviews.
  • Assistance with product design or creation.
  • Customer service for your own business.
  • Reviews of content outside the scope of wholesale business development (e.g., personal branding, social media management).

How to Get the Most Out of Your Mentorship

  • Be thoughtful and specific when submitting quizzes, assignments, or questions to get the most actionable feedback.
  • Use your 1-on-1 session strategically—prepare your key questions or areas of focus in advance.
  • Engage with our private community to complement your mentorship experience with peer support.
