Limited 1:1 Mentorship
From Maker to Market
1:1 Mentorship with Jacqueline Adamany
Hi, I’m Jacqueline Adamany, owner of IndieMe Marketplace and IndieMe Academy, and a maker with more than 20 years of handcrafted industry experience helping artists strengthen pricing, prepare for wholesale, and grow with more confidence.
Not every maker wants a course-only experience. Some want direct feedback, a clearer plan, and thoughtful support from someone who understands both the creative side and the business side of building a handcrafted brand.
This 1:1 mentorship is designed for makers and product-based business owners who want help with pricing, wholesale preparation, product strategy, presentation, and growth. Whether you are just getting started or already selling and feeling stuck, this mentorship offers a focused, supportive space to work on your business with expert guidance tailored to your goals.

What makes this different
There is no shortage of general business advice online. What is harder to find is thoughtful, personalized guidance from someone who understands the handcrafted industry, the realities of product-based businesses, and the challenges makers face when trying to grow sustainably.
Jacqueline’s approach blends encouragement with honesty, big-picture vision with practical action, and industry perspective with individualized support. This is for makers who want more than information. It is for those who want experienced eyes on their business and a trusted guide as they move forward.
Meet Jacqueline Adamany
Founder, creative strategist, and wholesale champion
Jacqueline Adamany brings a rare combination of creative, business, and industry experience to the makers she mentors. A handcrafted artist for more than 20 years, she understands firsthand the challenges of pricing, preparing for wholesale, building momentum, and growing a sustainable product-based business.
Her background spans visual communications, auditing, paralegal work, and marketing, including design work for Fortune 500 companies and behind-the-scenes creative work for JoAnn Fabrics. She is also the author of a book on moving from retail to wholesale and previously wrote a monthly column for three trade publications, experiences that deepened her understanding of both the artist journey and the wider handcrafted industry.
Jacqueline’s path through IndieMe is part of what makes her perspective especially valuable. After serving as Vice President, she went on to become the owner of IndieMe and the IndieMe Collective, where she continues to build opportunities, resources, and support for makers. She is also the founder of the nonprofit Shop American Handcrafted.
Perhaps most importantly, Jacqueline understands that growth is rarely a straight line. After failing at her first trade show, ACRE, she later became the owner of the very company that produced it. That blend of lived experience, resilience, and industry leadership shapes the mentorship she offers today.
